Nepal police arrests 3 Chinese nationals for online fraud

Kathmandu: Three Chinese citizens have been apprehended by Parsa Police on suspicion of involvement in online fraud, according to Kumar Bikram Thapa, spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at the District Police Office in Birgunj.

The arrested individuals are identified as Liu Gui Chai, 33, from Hunan Province; Wang Bohang, 26, from Hubei Province; and Siyang Jiao, 36, from Hubei Province.

Parsa Police seized various items including computers, monitors, passports, laptops, printers, and mobile phones with Indian SIM cards from the suspects. Further investigation is underway into the activities of the detainees, as informed by the District Police Office in Parsa.
