Kathmandu: Nepal has lost to Vietnam in the second match of the first round of Asian qualifiers under Paris Olympic women’s football.

Nepal lost 2-0 to Vietnam in the match at Dasharath Stadium.

Vietnam scored two goals within the first 6 minutes. Earlier, in the first match last Wednesday, Nepal lost to Vietnam by 5-1 goals.

With the defeat, Nepal has failed to reach the previous stage of selection. Vietnam has made it to the second stage.
