Nepal govt decides to take over responsibility of building Bharatpur Cricket stadium

Kathmandu: Nepal government has decided to take the responsibility of of the Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium and build it.

The cabinet meeting held on Monday has decided to amend the current account during the construction of the stadium by giving 12 million rupees to the Bharatpur metropolis.

Dhurmus Suntali Foundation, which is building the stadium, has yet to pay more than 170 million for construction materials.

After the decision of the Council of Ministers, now the Bharatpur metropolis will adjust the calculation.

After the construction is completed, it will be handed over to the metropolis.
