Kathmandu: Famous Indian comedian Raju Srivastava passed away.

Srivastava, who was in a coma for last 42 days, died on Wednesday at the age of 58, according to Indian media.

After suffering from a heart attack a few months ago, he was receiving treatment in the ICU of a hospital in Mumbai for a long time.

Srivastava was born on December 25, 1963 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. His childhood name was Satyaprakash Srivastava, but in Bollywood he is known as Raju Srivastava.

Indian artists, fans and politicians have expressed grief over the death of Raju Srivastava.
