Kathmandu: Corona virus infection has been confirmed in 1,095 people in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 10,786 PCR tests tested positive for 975 people and 3,031 antigen tests tested positive for 1,095 people.

In the last 24 hours, 2,957 people have been recovered. This is more than double the number of infected people seen in the last 24 hours. Similarly, eight people have died due to corona infection.

The number of active infected people in the country is 22,323. Out of which 20,891 are in home isolation and 1,432 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 371 are being treated in the ICU and 108 in the ventilator.

With the addition on Monday, the total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 785,541. At the same time, the death toll in Nepal has reached 11,048 and 752,170 people have been recovered.
