Govt urges India to provide corona vaccine purchased by Nepal

Kathmandu: Nepal has requested the Government of India to make arrangements for the expeditious provision of one million doses of vaccine purchased from the Indian company Serum Institute.

On Friday, Foreign Minister Pradip Kumar Gyawali had a telephone conversation with his Indian counterpart S. Jaishankar. In that context, he has requested to provide one million doses of vaccine purchased by Nepal as soon as possible, according to a source in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
