Kathmandu (Rastriya Samachar Samiti): Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Oli Group and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has directed to immediately reorganize all the district, people’s organizations and level committees of the party.

Addressing a gathering of CPN (Maoist) cadres in Kathmandu on Tuesday, he urged the people to be active as the date of the election has been announced after the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

Prime Minister Oli said, “I urge you not to fall into the trap of re-establishing the House of Representatives or holding elections. For the right idea we have taken and for the prosperity of the country, I request everyone to unite and move forward in the party’s cleansing campaign. ‘ Chairman Oli said that the party had taken the idea of ’people’s democracy’ based on the basic idea of ’people’s multi-party democracy’ and that it could be gradually modified, adding that those seeking to divide the party had no idea.

Accusing some leaders of trying to provoke the youth, Prime Minister Oli made it clear that he and the government were in favor of peaceful activities. “We do not believe in violence, we believe in the people,” he said.

Irregularities like in the past in the name of combatants’ money or in the name of elections will not happen now. On the occasion, CPN-Nuwakot leader Keshav Raj Pandey informed that a district-level program would be held in the district on January 4.
