PM Prachanda announces to remove manual works in driving license and passport department

Kathmandu: The newly elected Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has promised to remove the long queues while mentioning that common people have suffered while getting passports and licences.

Speaking briefly to the media after the first meeting of the cabinet, Prime Minister Prachanda promised to solve the problems of the service users.

As the passport issue is not resolved, the service users have suffered a lot. The customer complains that there are many problems in taking biometric data especially online.

Even though the government has introduced an online system to facilitate the service, on the contrary, the service users are suffering, whose files have been picked up by middlemen.
