Kathmandu: Nepal has again failed to win the SAFF women’s championship title.

After losing 3-1 to Bangladesh in the final at the Dashrath Stadium today, Nepal again remained as a runner-up.

This is the fifth time that Nepal has been defeated in the final in SAFF women’s football.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh has created a new history by winning the sixth edition of the SAAF Women’s Championship title.

Bangladesh won the SAFF Women’s Championship title for the first time by defeating Nepal 3-1 in the final at the Dasharath Stadium on Tuesday in front of more than 15,000 domestic spectators.
